Most of our equipment are European and the electrical plugs are generally 2 pin continental plugs . The voltage is the same and our products are the same spec as you would get in the UK (This is stated in the terms and conditions). When the parcel is being prepared on our warehouse an adapter is included to the parcel. If this converter plug is missing, we can ship another adapter, or possibly refund a flat fee of £3.00 as to allow the customer to purchase one locally.

I needed a freezer quickly. To add further to my dissatisfaction I have now been informed that I have to to wait up to 30 business days to have my money refunded as I paid by Barclaycard. Pixmania website is updated regularly. When the product is out of stock we offer a replacement for the product. If you accept the replacement we are able to process the order and arrange delivery or we will cancel and refund the order.
When a cancellation is requested our customer care will request a refund. Accounts Department will then confirm the refund. If the refund is made to the Credit Card it usually takes 3-5 working days to complete the refund. However the whole refund process can take up to 30 working days.
Pixmania customer care 08700 118 117 is available from Monday to Tuesday from 9am to 5pm.You can also contact us by email via Pixmania homepage FAQ link. With Currys orders our Customer Care need to contact the Currys department. You can also contact Currys directly currys_uk@pixmania.com.

Parcel force did not even leave the parcel at my post office (walking distance) It left it at the New Malden post office which said I had to pay an extra £1.00. I refused. Then they phoned me to say they had made a mistake and I had to travel there again to pick it up. I should be able to charge you £7.00 collection fee as you did not deliver my parcel. I dread it when I see someone is using parcel force. Thisis the only thing likley to put me off using you again. All else was good. |

Spent five hours on Saturday trying to get product to work without success, instructions came in very badly translated English - have a television engineer coming to look at it tomorrow, but fear the product will only work in Europe and not Britain. I then face the prospect of having to parcel up and return it to you for a refund, which when you are busy is hard to find the time and that still leaves me without the product I thought I was buying.

Setting up the account was straightforward and all confirmation emails and checks were good and I was happy to see an additonal check on my particular card which runs click safe which not all online companies use.
The prices are very competitive and I like the idea of their club, (I have never joined one of these before in over 10 years of online use!)
Good order tracking and super-fast delivery, packaging was good with all items wrapped in one box.

I was also completely unable to find how to enter my Vpix number that I already have into the order. So I gave up in the end. I probably missed out on VPix benefits as a result - but I was infuriated by the clumsy web interface. |

The security check made by our validation team is to ensure that it is the card bearer that is making use of the credit card. If the billing address is different from the delivery address we will always request for more proof to be able to link the customer to the delivery address, again this is to ensure that this is not a fraudulent person using the card but the card bearer.
