Advised by telephone on 11/4/08 that delivery would be on 16/4/08. Received text on 15/4/08 confirming delivery would be am on 16/4. Call from driver 11am on 16/4 that they would be at my home in 20 minutes - and they were. Cannot fault the whole procedure at all. On the face of it not the cheapest price for this TV but factor in the 5 year guarantee worth about £250 (which I would have bought anyway) and they beat the rest by a good £200 + their returns policy is outstanding. I highly recommend John Lewis on my experience. Do you recommend this retailer? Yes
