Summary	Very competitive price on a Netgear ReadyNAS and quick delivery on it. There was a free hard drive offer from the manufacturer which Netgear processed very quickly based on the LambdaTek receipt & barcode - I now have the free drive as well (only took a week) and maybe wouldn't have found it as easy going through an auction site.

Summary	Service expectations exceeded - placed order on a Friday afternoon, expecting a 4 to 5 working day delivery & it arrived 7:30am the next Monday. They even phoned on Friday (a very pleasant lady) to check that someone would be available on the Monday to receive said package. Pricing is also very competitive - beating everyone hands down, even when delivery charges were added on!!! Well done! Paul

Summary	A very positive experience. The website was clear and easy to navigate, and I had no trouble finding the product I wanted. Ordering was straightforward, and security seems to be handled diligently. Summary	The out of hours answer phone service is very basic and does not inspire confidence. e-mail contact was however very good. Printer arrived next day and was the cheapest I could find online. The card transaction security appeared to be very good and this persuaded me to make the purchase.

Summary	This came up as a cheapest price on a Google shopping search. I was told the day after ordering that the price had risen by approx. 5%. At least they gave me the chance of cancelling the order, but they should keep the prices they show up to date, and I think they should have honoured their original price. Otherwise OK, but I would only choose after confirming the price. I would not choose if somewhere else could offer the same price. Tri

Summary	Very pleasant buying experience. I liked the personal touch of being called to confirm my address - it made me feel connected to the experience in a way that's unfamiliar to me from my usual experiences of buying online. The delivery was great also - next day as promised. The only minor blight is the website, which feels a little dated.

Summary	What an arse-over tit company!! I understand the need for checking your details to stop fraud, but when your billing address matches your delivery address, why the need to then contact that address to confirm that individual is resident there. This was the most painful buying experience I've had so far, and I buy a tonnes of items online. To further enrage me, they then kept declining my card blaming my credit card company. I've since ordered the product i wanted elsewhere, with the same credit card and without the hassle of constant badgering regarding who I am!! Their prices may be competitive and product range is broad, but I'd rather pay a bit more and save myself the head-ache of dealing with this company again!!

Summary	Delivery of original product was fine, only when it went wrong did I get problems. Happy to take the product back but did not inform me that they currently do not have a suppler for a product, so could not off a replacement. Had they done I could have sent it back to the maker instead. Did have other products homeplug products that looked similar by the same manufacture similar spec did not get offered. There web site stock control is rubbish shows 67 still in stock of a product that they can not currently source. Not a hard item to get hold of as it still in stocked by lots of other retailers. Offered me a refund but did not make it clear I would only get a partial refund. Did not find out until I check my bank statements. I realise it was 9months on but they should have made this all clear. As long as you do not need customer support you will be fine.

	Retailer's comment At LambdaTek we pride ourselves in taking the best possible care of our customers, and are always keen to provide the necessary support in case of faulty goods. Unfortunately if we are unable to replace an item due to lack of stock we have no option but to offer a refund, which occasionally does have to take into account the time it has been used for (if the item was purchased a while back). This is laid out in our terms and conditions, but we are nevertheless sorry that the customer feels he has been misled.
