CommentOrdered 01.30 Wednesday with Rapid Dispatch and order arrived Friday. On item was out of stock (though stock level was 'Plenty' when I ordered) to be sent later and my credit card was not charged for this -- as expected. An easy and fast process.

SummaryI have ordered a few things from this company over the past few years. Recently I ordered a memory card that failed on me. It didn't cost much but I sent it back all the same as I expect things to work as they should. I sent a detailed covering letter and payment details. I got no response so after 3 weeks emailed them, after a few days no response and there's no other way it seems of contacting them.

Like myself there are people out there who have ordered stuff with no problems but the reality is that you are playing Russian Roulette with this lot. They are clearly not interested in customer care or good manners. Avoid these cowboys.

SummaryI STRONGLY ADVISE NO ONE TO EVER USE THIS SITE. I ordered a camera memory card from them a couple of weeks ago for £30 which was supposed to be delivered next day.

After 3 or 4 days I got an email from them saying there was a problem with my order which could be either that my card was rejected or that my address details were incorrect. They said this wouldnt have come to light immediately as they dont process cards or take payment till orders are actually dispatched. NOT TRUE however. I checked my balance and the full amount was debited immediately on me placing the order along with another mystery debit of just over £1, also to them, which doesnt make sense. I checked the address I'd given them which again was correct and the same one my card was registered to.

I emailed them through the form on the site to explain this and got an automated response saying they will "try to reply within 24 hours" That was a week ago. After trying fruitlessly to find a phone number for them (the only one I could find links to an answering machine which says they dont offer a telephone service anymore!!!), I sent a further angrier message yesterday only to get a response this morning which simply forwarded me their FAQ's and wasnt even signed by anyone!!

I have now sent a final message telling them I am going to contact trading standards if I dont hear back today. In researching them on the internet it seems there are a lot of other unhappy people!

Summaryterrible service, strongly urge you dont go anywhere near these guys! Ordered an item and it wasn't compatible with my laptop. Pleaded for them to exchange it and they refused point blank without even considering. Item was unopened and still new so really unreasonable. Buy from them only if you don't mind dealing with cowboys who are just after a quick buck!!
