My delivery went smoothly - the driver phoned 20 mins before arrival and they were brilliant. They asked whether I wanted the packaging removed, brought in my new fridge freezer and gave me some basic info before they left. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Will definitely use Comet again. |

| Overall rating |  | | Comments | I requested a sunday delivery which was anytime from 8am to 6pm as a note i requested delivery as early as possible.I was due to be drop number 15 but was changed to drop number 1.Goods ordered were delivered 8am as requested put insitue and unwrapped and packing taken away. No problems delivery men were polite and very pleasant.This prompt delivery was immense help to me. |

The driver was very polite and helpful and it was fantastic that he took away my old washing machine, although I was sad to see it go as I'd had it 20 years. If I need a tumble dryer, will certainly go this route again. |

| Overall rating |  | | Comments | i only have one complaint and that is if your having free shipping it should be for all appliances and not just the ones over a certain price. thats unfair. and i would have thought having free shipping is something to advertise.i am very happy with my purchase excellent service,i love the zoom feature on products to see what your getting, all companys should take a look at comet. highly recommended. just lets have free shipping on all products it will bring you even more customers . |

| Overall rating |  | | Comments | My purchase of a stove cooker was made on line and whilst the price was not as good as an online electrical wholesaler i decided to purchase from Comet .The delivery was made on time and the delivery men were very helpful.The dual fuel cooker was installed by a corgi registered engineer but the electrical part the oven would not work.We rang Comet and afew days later one of your engineers confirmed the cooker was faulty and would be exchanged on the sunday.My wife rang the helpline to ask for a engineer to disconect the faulty cooker and connect the replacement she was told this would happen. The cooker was delivered but there was no engineer so they left the replacement cooker but could not take the faulty cooker away because it was still connected to the gas supply.I rang your helpline to be told i would have to pay to have the faulty cooker disconnected and the replacement one fitted and then write to yourselves to attempt to recover my costs.
You supplied me with a faulty cooker so i should not have to pay twice to have a cooker fitted. |

| Overall rating |  | | Comments | I ordered the item, had everything confirmed and then got a phonecall the next day to say the item was actually out of stock and they had no idea when they would be getting them in again. I can understand this however I would have thought an organisation as big as Comet would be have automated stock systems. Also when looking for the item with other suppliers it was still appearing as in stock with Comet! |
