I ordered at 20.00 on wednesday and received it at 09.00 on friday and this was just on standard (3days) delivery. The helpdesk was excellent. Will definately use again. Just because they state that the item is in stock doesnt mean that it actually is. I had to eventually cancel my order, as 4 weeks delivery is just not good enough-especially when you have to make continuing trips to the launderette!

First unit was badly damaged during transport hence delivery was refused and sent back. Replacement delivery promised for 2 weeks time.
When nothing had arrived on the promised date, rang them only to be told that they had no stock. No communication, no explanation!
Now 1 week on I am still fighting to get a refund. Unbelievable!!
Having now wasted 2 days off work because of these people, a 5% saving on a £200 item is not worth it. I recommend you go elsewhere.

The LG was a great price and i decided to take the plunge.
Empire were very quick, had it delivered in 4 days and the delivery drivers were extremely helpful.

I was in the market for a new LCD tv and noticed Empire had some great package deals on, settled for a Sony package. I called in to place my order to double check they had stock (I am a little dubious to stock levels on all web sites-I always call to check)
Everything was in stock, placed my order there and then and now have it set up in my living room!
Would highly reccommend

I was called back by customer services to arrange delivery within an hour of ordering and then again by delivery driver as promised 40mins before delivery.
Also ordered a washer, saving £90, in the wrong colour due for delivery on Weds. Rang Monday afternoon to enquire whether I could swap for diff colour. Was done st8 away no probs, no delay on delivery.

The web site was very helpful but i needed a few more questions answering so i called in on the sales telephone number. The sales assistant was very helpful and she had good knowledge of the products i was looking at.
I placed my order over the telephone and delivery was booked, My order is being delivered tomorrow and i have just had a text message to advise me of a 4 hour window of delivery.

Empire werent the cheapest on the Sony LCD i was looking at but the edxtra membership giving you a 3 year guarantee meant that they had the best deal for me. A competitor was going to charge me an extra £100 for the same tv and a 3 year cover.
Both the ordering and delivery services were excellent.
