Do not deal with these people. Placed an order which was confirmed by email. Paid by bank transfer (condition for delivery to work address) Payment Clears. Delivery date confirmed as 2-3 months. Canceled order. Awaiting Refund.

I ordered from this website a Hama Lenspen and a Canon Lens hood. I was told the other will be processed and dispatched. On arrival, I only received the Lenspen, but no sign of my Lenshood. Even though they haven't charged me for the lenshood, I was really disappointed as I really needed it for my travel. I then called them and was promised a call back but never hear from them again. Not recommended at all! Avoid!

Ordered lens, 2 days later a lens arrived, but wrong one. Returned to supplier with promise of shipment of correct lens. 3 days later, no sign of replacement or explanation so contacted supplier by email. Got response saying lens would be dispatched "Shortly". 6 days later, no lens - quick check of their website revealed they had raised price by 60%. Sent another email. Got response saying they would check with their "Mail Order Departement" . Next day, no news, so I phoned them. To be told that they'd cancelled my order and refunded my card - without bothering to tell me - on the basis they couldn't get the lens. - yeah right. This is a bog standard kit lens, checked with Pentax no availability issues. Avoid this lot like the plague.
