SummaryI wanted Heroes Season 2 Boxset and Asda were the cheapest - the delivery arrived within the quoted timescale and they were quick to keep me updated with mails even confirming after dispatched that it had been sent. It was my first experience shopping with Asda online and I am pleased with the outcome. I would use them again and will definitely be purchasing my xmas presents too!

SummaryVery average experience on the whole. I bought some smeg items and they were surposed to be in stock, but when I got a phone call later about the delivery date, it turns out they had to wait for quite a while. I eventually cancelled my order and went to http://www.internetkitchenappliances.co.uk/profiles and althought I had to wait for the appliances, they told me the truth that it would take four-five weeks to arrive. Not the end end of the world but not a great experience.

SummaryI've read some poor reviews for Asda here and I would just like to say that if these poor reviews are genuine they must just be very unlucky people. I started shopping at Asda.com six months ago and I have had excellent service each and every time I use the site. Everything arrives well packed in time and free of any charge. I order a lot of Blu-ray DVD's for my collection as these are the cheapest I can find anywhere in the UK. I am training to be a HGV driver and was able to obtain all the necessary training manuals I need for a fraction of the price, delivered free! Nothing has ever taken more than a week to arrive and the online payment system is one of the securest I have ever used. All very good, I cannot fault them at all. If anything in the future ever does arrive late or broken I will find it hard to lay the blame at Asda's door because this is a truly great, value for money, magnificent on line store. WELL DONE TO ASDA...... Please open a store near me soon :)

SummaryI ordered "Devil May Cry 4" (PS3) from Asda. The price was good but the delivery quite late. I received it 3 weeks later than I was supposed to. Price is good but delivery is very poor I'm afraid.

SummaryI ordered Mario & Sonic at the olympic games. It was the first time I have used online for my games purchases from asda - I was quite happy with the speed that the item arrived in and the e-mails. The item was dispatched in 1 day and arrived 2 days after. I would use them again and did not experience any real problems - I would recommend them to anyone to try.

SummaryI ordered Mario and Sonic from the Asda website because it was one of the cheapest and they are a reputable company. Firstly i thought the website was very easy to use and game was available and in stock. It arrived within 4 days from ordering and i received a number of e-mails confirming the status of my order. I would definitely recommend using Asda.

SummaryI was a mug, and didn't heed the advice about avoiding ASDA at all costs. The 'toaster' arrived when it was supposed to..except that it wasn't a toaster; it was a hand held blender. When I phoned to tell them what had happened the customer 'service' was appalling. The woman told me in a very snappy manner that there were no more in stock and that the blender would be collected from me the following day. No apology. No explanation (or exclamation) about the ineptitude of the sales team. PATHETIC. Don't make the same mistake as me - avoid ASDA.

SummaryPS3 Fight Night Round 3 - £50 on play.com and in store at Woolworths. Picked up for £17.93p from ASDA online. Excellent service throughout, arrived in agreed timescale. Cancelled one game straight away and was updated and debited straight away. Definitely recommend and use again for PS3 game purchases.

SummaryI ordered Big Brain Academy for Wii. After 3 weeks, I decided to chase order. Each part of ASDA.COM is independant of the others and cannot access their data, and was given the run around. Eventually I was told that it would be sent on the 4th week. Then I get an e-mail saying that they wont be sending as is out of stock with their partner. I ring- no one knows whats happenning, but no I cannot pick one up from the shop, and someone will ring me back. Needless to say, no one rang, but I have today (week 6) been e-mailed to say it should be with me in the next week. Based on my experience - avoid using ASDA.COM if you are in any sort of need of the thing within 8 weeks. There will have to be a significant price saving before I shall use again.

SummaryABSOLUTE HORROR STORY TRYING TO BUY FROM THEM.
Ordered on line item, shown as in stock, deliv given as 2-4 weeks. No sign of item after 7 weeks. It was for daughters 10th birthday, never arrived. Only saving grace is they cancelled it instantly at my request, but no offer of apology or compensation.
Good store to shop at but AVOID AT ALL COST ONLINE.

SummaryTAKE MY WARNING. If you are buying a game or poular CD when the Asda web site says in stock what they really mean is and I quote from their customer service telephone number "Our web site stock levels do not keep up with the orders placed so although our site says in stock it may well not be". Then you will be in the situation to wait until they get more stock or cancel and have wasted your time all to save maybe a pound or two. USE SOMEONE ELSE FROM THE START. Me I have used them once and shall never again.
