| Customer service is good but they can only talk never been able to help or resolve the issue. | |||
| Having read about good reviews about whitebox, I have decided to buy from them. I ordered online on Sunday and have been promised a delivery on Wednesday. I then got an email confirmation on Monday morning that the machine will arrive wednesday am. However, I received a call on tuesday that the machine is out of stock and that I will have to wait for another week before delivery can be confirmed. I contacted whitebox to check whats happening and they said they cant help it if it is out of stock! I asked why you prmoise if you cant keep it and they said they rely on someone else's promise. | |||
| I was left with a big load of washing and had to wait for several days before the machine could be delivered. So i ended up cancelling my order with them and bought from 123electricals. | |||

| For the price I got this machine, 264.50, I am really impressed with it. The value for money is excellent. I purchased the machine from a company called Whitebox, and was please with their service. The machine was installed and has been working well ever since. There are lots of washing options, fits a king sized dovet and has put up the wear and tear that comes with a family of 6. | |||

| styling- which is very modern britan
easy to use- it's simply press a button and start. programs for most needs display time spin drying- 1600rpm load capacity- huge 7kg, 30cm depth, 46cm diameter drum. fast wash times- 40'c cotton in 90minuits which is fast compared to most other washing machines. |

easy to scrach faciers reliablty the superwash program is pointless the fast wash 30 program is 45minuits long not 30. build quality no single rinse and spin program. the overfill sensor cut's in far too early and if it is on handwash-wool program the pump will struggle to kick in and drain the excess. when washing the water line can be quite low- i mean seriously low when the clothes are absorbing the water. there is no cooldown phase is light soil or mini load options are selected on the 95'C program. the cooldown phase water level is poor. |

| I have had this machine for a year now. litraly 1year and 7days.
it has never gone wrong for me. allthough when this one dose break i will get an AEG next. I personnaly buy washing machines for thire kit. i did say that I had the last hotpoint for 4 years. you may think that is poor. but actually it did about 5000 loads of washing and drying in its lifetime. you can see the indesit quality showing through though. for starters the imbalace sensor has a mind of it's own- it will look perfectly balanced and then when you think it's about to spin, it slows down and rebalances it'self, other times it will spin strate away knoking it self sideways an inch. secondly there seems to be 2 different momory boards for the same machine. one dose 3 rinses on cotton cycle and an anti-tangle before the final spin. or like mine it dose 2 rinses on cottons and gose strate into distribution mode at the end on the final rinse with no drain and then the pump kicks in 15seconds later staying at distribution speed. and why dose the machine have such increadably long spins. and why do these machines still have the door lock where it unlocks 2 minuits after the wash has finished. and why dose the time being displayed before you press start on a program all on each reduced tempreture not the same e.gdisplays 0:39 for cold silk wash and 0:28 for a cold silk wash. and how come you can reduce the tempreture long after a wash has started still on the wash. on cottons and acylics but not on the rest. infact there are many faults with this washer but i am nit picking relay. buy this machine if you are on a budget and you want a lot of kit. |

| I bought this machine from whitebox after reading reviews on here. I've had it 24hrs and so far am glad that I did! It's super easy to use and looks great. Very quiet too. AAA rating is a bonus, and with the 1600 spin, clothes are only damp so have cut down on tumble drying time. Huge size drum holds loads, so got through the backlog of washing very quickly. Whitebox as the review has said are excellent to deal with and their prices and delivery times are fantastic. Love this washing machine hope it lasts for years! | |||

| I bought this washing machine from an online company called whitebox and was amazed at the exceptional customer service and fantastic delivery time, i will most definately be recommending this company and washing machine to my friends and family.
I delt with a lovely guy called George who made the whole transaction simple, friendly and extremely easy. Whitebox has topped the list for delivery, i was amazed it was here so quick. But best of all i found this machine an absolute bargain at £282 The washing machine itself is a great buy for anyone who does a lot of laundry, it has a large drum that can even wash a king size duvet with ease. its simple to use with a lcd display and the all important child safety lock, plus many other feautures |

| Easy to read display. Various wash programs that you can adjust to your preference. 1600 spin. Clothes are only damp when finished. Used 60 deg. superwash for partners overalls and they were really clean so no need for the boil wash. | |||

| Only good looks I'm afraid! Lots of fancy buttons and cool blue digital display, and is very quite, however, that is about it! | |||
| Yet to find out why our washing machine died less than 24 hours after we received it! | |||
| This washing machine arrived on time, and we were delighted with it. After only 2 washes on 40c cycle and hardly 24 hours later, it died!!! When that happened, fuse blew up so dryer stopped working as well as combi boiler! Husband checked the fuse, but its ok, so waiting to see what happens on monday with their aftersales care team. Very upset! With three little ones and no washing machine for nearly 10 days, its a nightmare!
Keep saying this to myself, you get what you pay for,but everytime I need new appliance, I just go for the special offer! This time around, I will learn from my experience and invest into a better quality. |

| Our old, and I mean old, Hotpoint 800 spin speed washing machine gave up the ghost so I needed another one quick. I did a fair amount of research on the net and it seemed Miele are generally considered the best but were beyond my budget. I really went for the Hotpoint because of the AA+A rating, the 7kg capacity and high spec. such as 1600 spin speed. It's also British so parts are readily available and hopefully cheap. It's very quiet in operation which gives an air of effortless quality. Another plus point is that it has a countdown timer and a rather cool blue LCD display. | |||
| Since buying the machine I have read that a recent Which survey concluded that Hotpoint are one of the least reliable makes. This goes against another review which stated they have been voted the most reliable machine for 4 years running (?). Only time will tell who's correct. | |||
