What is negative?They said 3 days for delivery, and it took over a week in the end
On arrival, the photo quality was apalling. The photos looked like they had run out of magenta ink. I threw the whole lot straight in the bin.

What is positive?I just tried this service for the first time and was pleasantly surprised, upload was quick and simple, i wanted to print a lot for photos so this was ideal as they offer very cheap prices - 3p per print for every print, not depending on the quantity. They also dont have a hidden processing charge like some other sites i have looked at.

Customer service was good, as i had a question about delivery (and it seems to be based in the UK now)

What is negative?Upload process is slow and prone to error if uploading more then 100 pics.
Customer service is nearly non-existent, apart from an automated e-mail.
The photo lab is in France.
Takes about two weeks to receive photos.
The quality has a lot to be desired - get better quality prints from my 2-year-old Lexmark printer.
SummaryOrdered 300 prints to qualify for the discounted service. Took payment ASAP and I was left waiting over two weeks for the prints to turn up. When they finally did was unimpressed by the quality and the fact that I'd only received 120 pictures!

Had to e-mail the problem to customer support and received an auto e-mail to say I will be contacted within 2 days. Actually contacted 4 days after.

Told to upload the missing 180 pictures, which took hours as I found if you try to upload more then 100 at a time the connection would fail.

Once I uploaded the 180 missing picks had to e-mail customer support to let them know.

A week later and 3 more e-mails sent, still no response.

They are probably hoping that I will just go away!

Dont be tempted by the discounted prices of the pics, the company is a shambles and you will inevitably have to pay another company to reprint the low quality pics and reprint the missing pics.

Will never use this company again and I urge others to follow suit.
